Jarvis
Runs 100% on your own hardware · no cloud account

A private personal Jarvis,
on a machine you already own.

Drop it on a spare box, a NAS, or an old laptop. You get a local large language model, a terminal assistant, and a ready-made set of automation scripts — nothing leaves your network, and you keep full control.

What's in the pack

A small, self-contained install. No subscriptions, no lock-in, no telemetry.

🧠

Local LLM

An open-weight model served by Ollama on your own GPU or CPU — private, offline-capable, yours.

⌨️

Terminal assistant

An interactive CLI that reads your project, edits files, and runs commands with your approval.

🎯

Automation scripts

A starter set of ready-made scripts (status, memory, scheduling, backdrops) you can keep or swap.

🧩

Optional add-ons

Turn on a spoken voice, a voice-to-text pipeline, or a remote model box — only if you want them.

📘

Starter brain

A documented, generic "memory" file so the assistant knows your conventions — never your private data.

🔒

Privacy by default

Inference stays on your machine. Nothing is phoned home; there's no account to create.

Setup in three steps

Works out of the box; the add-ons are opt-in.

1

Download & run the installer. One command checks your machine, installs Ollama + the model + the CLI, and drops the scripts in place.

2

Answer a couple of questions. The onboarding asks whether you want a voice, a voice-to-text pipeline, or a separate model box — and sets up autostart.

3

Talk to it. Start the assistant, point it at a project, and it's working. Everything runs locally from here on.

Questions

Do I need a powerful GPU?
No. It works fine on CPU for smaller models. A GPU makes larger, faster models practical, but it's your choice and nothing forces a cloud fallback.
Which operating system?
Linux (any modern distro). If you run a NAS like Unraid, there are notes for running it in a virtual machine.
Is any of my data sent anywhere?
No. Inference happens on local software you control. There's no account, no telemetry, and no mandatory cloud calls.
What do I actually get?
A zipped archive (~60 KB) containing the installer, an onboarding flow, the automation scripts, systemd units for autostart, and a documented starter brain. Install, and it's running.
Refunds?
It's a tiny digital file, so if it's not what you expected, reach out and we'll sort it out.
